Revolution Sorter
Revolution’s exclusive color HD camera video system utilizing the latest in digital signal processing technology. This technology allows for the automatic detection of the size, weight and shape of each potato. The machine is capable of performing external defect grading for such things as dark bruising and discoloration on the product’s surface. All grading and sizing parameters are individually adjustable to provide for varying levels of intensity. Latest LED “strobe” lighting system for maximum lighting and longer light life span. The Revolution uses our exclusive, wear resistant cable and track system using (3) 3/8” diameter, polyurethane cables per lane with replaceable T-slot UHMW deep section track. The Revolution section of the cable system allows the potato to rotate gently allowing the HD cameras to take several images of each side of the potato. An IBM compatible PC, color monitor and printer are furnished to communicate with the Revolution
